Nintendo and Sony spearheading Christmas sales
A few days because of the celebration of Christmas, the week before a day had to be the most motivated of the month as to why purchases of gifts and such. So to analyze numbers,
Media Create has already published the report
sales of consoles in Japan, an important market and it is interesting to know as the numbers go by that country.
Thus
sales of consoles in Japan in the previous week, which falls on 17 to 23 December:
- DS Lite: 279,551 - 57,419 (25.85%)
- Wii: 232,907 - 62,349 (36.56%)
- PSP: 171,804 - 12,806 (6.94%)
- PS3: 58,167 - 5,553 (8.71%)
- PS2: 20,391 - 2,366 (13.13%)
- Xbox 360: 7,908 - 653 (7.63%)

Nintendo spearheading lists with their handheld console
DS Lite and Wii. Hence it remains
Sony PSP, PS3, PS2 and the final sales of the new generation of consoles
Xbox 360, which is not much luck lately has been on the market nipón.
